• Set-up of payroll account and system

  • Set-up employees

  • Process payroll payments

  • Prepare and issue 1099 and 1096 Forms

  • Prepare and issue W-2 and W-3 Forms

  • Resolve issues pertaining to payroll (ie. missing or never received payments)

  • Process and file I-9 Forms

  • Process and file state withholding MD 507 and 508 forms

  • Prepare and file quarterly/annually federal and state unemployment tax form 941 and 940

  • Review and reconcile Payroll Records and Employment Tax Returns. You agree to provide the required forms to send to the state and federal offices.
